We ship to all addresses within Australia via Australia Post. International shipping is not currently available.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel directly via the Australia Post website.
Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
